Die British Academy of Film and Television, kurz BAFTA, vergab nun die heißbegehrten Awards für 2016. Das Rollenspiel-Epos Fallout 4 wurde dabei als Game of the Year prämiert und verwies dabei hochkarätige Titel wie Metal Gear Solid: Phantom Pain oder The Witscher 3 auf die Platze. Letztere gingen sogar gänzlich leer aus. Fallout 4 landete zudem in der Kategorie Best Music auf Platz 5
